Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 7–10 working days from the date your order is received. Once processed, your item will be dispatched using your selected shipping method.

Please note:

Orders are not processed or dispatched from Friday at 12:00 PM (GMT) through Sunday, or on UK Bank Holidays.

During peak periods or when we experience a high volume of orders, dispatch times may be extended slightly. If your order is significantly delayed, we’ll get in touch with you via email or phone.

Delivery Options & Rates

Hair By Passy ships all orders using Royal Mail Postal Service.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and based on your order total and selected delivery method.

A signature is required for ALL orders

Please allow Royal Mail 3-5 working days after your order has been shipped to receive your package.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY ( UK Mainland Only)

We offer Next Working Day Delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery for eligible UK mainland addresses only

• Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM (GMT), Monday to Thursday, to qualify.

• Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed the following working day.

• Next-day delivery is not available on weekends or bank holidays.
