Please pay attention to the cap size, if you're not sure what your cap size is or you do not see it please email us your correct head size at hairbypassy@gmail.com making sure you put your order number in the subject.

There is no exchanges or refunds!

BYOB (Bring Your Own Bundles) is a service that allows the client to get a custom made wig by providing their own hair and closure.

This service includes:

• Construction of wig by hand or on a sewing machine 
• Bleached knots 
• Wash and deep condition 
• Customisation 
• Style 
• Elastic band 

With this service, ONLY NEW BUNDLES AND CLOSURES ARE ACCEPTED. No exceptions! 

Size of closures accepted 2x6, 4x4, 5x5, 6x6. No frontals allowed for this service 

Client has 14 working days to send in hair after the date of purchase.

Crimps and wand curls are NOT INCLUDED. These services will done with extra charge 

 No more than 4 bundles per wig (unless 26” or longer”)

NO CUSTOM COLOUR CAN BE BOOKED FOR THIS SERVICE! No exceptions! 

 The turnaround period for this service is 7-14 working days after hair is received.
